When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

All our deliveries are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

UK Standard Delivery (within 3 - 5 working days)
Orders above £250 - Free Delivery
Orders below £250 - £5

UK Next Day Delivery - £8
UK Next Day Delivery Orders placed on a Friday and weekends, will be processed the the following working day.
Next Day Delivery may not be available during the promotional, sale and holiday periods

 

 

Returns

Thanks for shopping with us, we hope you are delighted and pleased with your purchase, but in the event that you are not entirely satisfied and would like to return your item, please read our refund policy below.

Please notify us by email returns@qyoot.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that the first day being the day your item was delivered or the first attempted delivery. We can only accept returns if you notify us within the first 14 days. Then you have another 14 days from when you contacted us to return your unwanted item.

All items must  

  • Be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached.
  • Be unwashed, unused and unworn
  • Not have make up stains/ fake tan or other marks (including sweat marks)
  • Not smell of pets, washing powder, perfume etc.
  • Not evidence outdoor wear
  • Not be considered unhygienic to resell

 

Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Qyoot Kulture Limited reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet our conditions. Garments that appear obviously worn are not eligible for return.

Where provided, belts, slips, straps and any packaging that includes instructions, authenticity cards and dust bags should be included with your return. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit

Refund of payment will be made to the credit/debit card or payment account  you have used to pay for the goods. If vouchers have been used to pay for the product, you will receive the refund in credit note

Any faults to the products found upon receiving the order need to be notified to us on the day of delivery for us to categorise them as factory faults. If no correspondence notifying these faults upon receiving the order is found in our records or is provided by the customer the return will not be approved. 

 

Posting the return

You are responsible for the return postage costs except if the item was faulty or incorrect items. We recommend you send returns by a tracked signed for service as Qyoot Kulture Limited will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please keep your postage receipt with a tracking number until you have received your refund.

We aim to process your refund as soon as possible but please allow 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account or card.

 

Circumstances outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as ( but not limited to) strikes or industrial actions by third parties,  epidemic or other natural disasters, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, extreme weather conditions, subsidence, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
